I am trying to download software (media feature pack?) to my Gateway computer (Windows 8) that will allow my iPhone to talk directly to my computer. I have backed up my iPhone to my computer using iTunes, but I cannot access the pictures and address book directly from the phone onto my computer. I tried to download some Microsoft software onto my computer and got an error message that indicated my attempt did not work.
