Guest Mark JohnDellan Posted July 17, 2018 Posted July 17, 2018 I have this error when I install windows 8.1 into my laptop HP Pavilion 10 Notebook PC, recently my windows 7 got corrupted and can't boot into desktop, so I decided to install windows 8 instead but whenever I install it I always get a "Repair PC error" then some other error code under it, then I created new bootable USB but still I get the error with a new code under it.
