Hey guys,

I'm having a sudden problem with the sound on my laptop. no audio whatsoever. I get a link that sends me the microsoft xbox page. I have never used let alone had a xbox before so I cannot understand why this is happening. I tried sound troubleshooting on my control panel with no success. Any advice on what to do/how to fix it? Not even youtube videos have sound.
