Interrupted actions/folder gets deleted to recycle bin after i click on the folder

Hello,

 

 

I am getting a message "interrupted actions" and the files and folders get deleted to recycle bin once i click on them.

 

I am using windows 8 . I tried to search for similar posts online but couldn't find a solution.

 

Please help us to resolve this.
