I am running Windows 8.1 and I am unable to open the Microsoft Store App. I have done all necessary steps thru the HELP and support but nothing has worked so far. I also have a surface Pro and it will not open the Microsoft Store App either.

 

Please is there anyone that can help fix this issue....before I lose my mind and fling this laptop out the window!!!!!!
