Mail App on Surface

I recently started using my Surface again. My Mail App has a gmail account, that has been deleted, as a log in. Now I cannot access it. Is there a fix for this. I keeps asking me for the gmail password, which I do not know. Can I delete (how) the app an start over?

 

 

I want to change everything on the Surface from gmail to Microsoft.
