Hi this is salma

 

I'm from Egypt

 

 

I've TOSHIBA Laptop , i can't open my windows 8.1

 

Cause the message that appears to me " SYSTEM LICENSE " ( Blue message) and my windows account can't open when I choose startup from any options from " Advanced option" .. So what can I do to solve this problem ?
