Keyboard Problem

A few letters on my Keyboard are not working properly. Last week, the audio on my laptop suddenly stopped working, not sure what really happened.

 

 

This week when i started my computer, firstly i could not enter the correct password. When i used the see option, i realised few letters when pressed would enter a number and an alphabet. For eg. when i press 2, it enters as 2x then 3c4v567m8,9.0\ (basically here i typed 234567890) and when i press enter it opens Narrator and Projected screen option. I'm not sure if this is some sort of virus or an issue with driver or a faulty keyboard (There's no water spill or any other damage to laptop. Can you please help me with the same?
