Guest lichi001 Posted August 4, 2018 Posted August 4, 2018 I used to have the WORD app on both my desktop screen and the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. I was away for a while and when I return, the apps have disappeared from both areas. I now have to go to START to scroll down to get WORD which then appear on the toolbar. However, every time I close the WORD file on which I had been working, all the apps disappeared again. Now, instead of just saving the WORD file to a folder, I have to go to START button and start all over again. The WORD app appears when I click on the Explorer, but also disappears from that once I close the WORD file. This also happens to my PDF Pro, PDF Reader, and EXCEL, and Documents, except that they stay in the Explorer when I click on THAT. HELP!!! Continue reading... Quote
