Saya harus re-active karena dapat pesan subscription expired. Tapi saat mau sign-in untuk konfirmasi akun dengan email, muncul jendela bertuliskan

"WE DIDN'T FIND ANY OFFICE PRODUCTS FOR THIS ACCOUNT"

Apakah saya harus membuat akun baru untuk masuk lagi, atau harus beli?

Mohon saran agar tetap bisa menggunakan Office
