Guest Viiiii Posted August 11, 2018 Posted August 11, 2018 Hi. I have a Fujitsu Lifebook E series laptop running Windows 8. It has been running normal as usual, until I tried to restart it last night coz I think it started to run a bit slow. Then it got stuck at the “please wait...” screen after the Fujitsu logo, that the login options are not available. I have tried restarting it many times and even tried pressing F8/ Shift+F8 for many times already but I can’t get to the advance menu to enter safe mode. Nor does the Ctrl+Alt+Del command work. It is still stuck at the “please wait” screen. I think I have lost the Recovery disc for Windows as well. On the C drive there is some new data not yet backed up so I would least prefer clearing the harddisk. What could I do to fix the problem? Continue reading... Quote
