The questions asked by members about resolving problems apparently receives answers from replies. None of the answers are shown yet there is a note stating that x number of people got help resolving their problem from the replies. Where are the "REPLIES". why aren't they stated on the same page under Answers?

 

I have the same question about where to find the "recovery key" to my locked iPad. I clkd on "windows.microft.com/recoverykey from another PC and I get the Forum. I am still at a loss where to find recovery key. My device is an Insignia tablet 8, I have the ID # but what is the recovery key. Would someone please state in layman's term how to find it.
