C: drive's free space is always 1.01 GB or less after a restart.

I'm not sure if it's a virus or something similar because I've tried many antivirus software to fix this problem, but whenever my C: drive has over 1GB free space, it automatically jumps to exactly 1.01GB space after a restart. And when I check the total size of everything in the drive (including the hidden folders and files), I get a size less than the amount of occupied space that I get in Computer window.

 

I'd be really thankful if anyone can help me.
