Upgrading to Win 10 from Win 8 after performing a factory restore

I have been using Win 10 since it first became available, my lap top developed a problem that could only fixed using a factory restore which set it back to Win 8, I would like to go back to Win 10 without having to pay for the upgrade as I had Win 10 before.
