I have a home built laptop with a screen scavenged from an HP Elitebook 8460p. It has a built-in webcam. How do I get it working?

I know that's not much info, but this is the first PC I ever put together The bottom half is from an unknown HP laptop with a quad core CPU, 2.30 each. 500GB HD, Win8 enterprise.

ANY help is greatly appreciated. Thank you all.
