microsoft warning

hello ,

 

 

 

I have my computer for at lease 1year , and now I cant not open my internet because is telling me that have to contact Microsoft by phone at 1888-384-2251 so they can unblock my computer .

 

 

 

also is saying that I cannot close the computer because the window registration is illegal

 

 

 

is this a scam or true ?
