word document will not print some colours. [Epson DX 8400].

I have an Epson DX8400 and use Word 2013.

 

 

Both have functioned well together but my daughter has done something [ she cannot remember] and it will not print black or red or vice versa.

 

Tends to print a light green text or a light green [supposed to be red] red.

 

 

This has nothing to do with the ink chambers. They are full.

 

 

Before, when I clicked on print, a box would appear on the right of my monitor screen and printing would continue and would print normally.

 

 

Now when I click print a large rectangular box in the middle of the screen [ I think Epson], gives me several options. I have to click on file, then print.

 

 

Sometimes the black text comes out light green and the image red OR vice versa.

 

 

Suggestions please.

P.S. I have clicked on Devices and Drivers as there is no print options.
