Windows 8 RAM Caching (I know this sounds so typical)

I know this is not a new thing, but because I've read plenty of thread about this and seems everyones saying the same: "its normal for windows caching", I need in help to clarify my problem.

 

 

So I have 8 GB of RAM, just recently(1-2 weeks ago) it started to cached like crazy (about 65-95% RAM usage), and when it happens, I literally cant use my Laptop anymore, It closes everything because its low on memory, chrome wont run, everything would be forced closed.

 

 

My only solution is to restart my pc again and again, and try to plug and unplug my battery hoping it to stop. Is it really "normal" or my laptop has broken RAM? thank you so much for the attention

 

 

p.s: I have a dead battery that I keeps using while plugged in to electrical source, if that information matters. and sorry for my bad grammar.
