Desktop not available

Ok so yesterday I turned on my laptop and after a long while loading I got the message that my desktop is not available etc. I get a black desktop and cannot click on anything. I have googled the problem offcourse and found more people with this problem but none of the sollutions work for me. I don't understand much of computers and the explainations are a foreign language for me. Some say 'open this map....': I can't open anything. Nothing I click on works.

 

 

Please help me. So many things are on this computer. I need to get to my files. Can someone fix this for me?
