Guest Heathermarie6126 Posted September 8, 2018 Posted September 8, 2018 I backed up and then restored my laptop after not using it for awhile and it was not running well due to previous lack of virus protection.. Anyways ever since then the camera app as well as the cyberlink youcam that are installed on the computer since purchase do not work anymore. They open up and act like everything is working fine, but the screen just stays black. I have no idea what is wrong Continue reading... Quote
