Can't reinstall Microsoft Mahjong on Windows 8

I own Microsoft Mahjong and have always played it on Windows 8. I had to uninstall it. Now, when I try to reinstall, it says it's undated for Windows 10. Says no devices are selected. Can't find a way to select my laptop and install.
