Email Address used to establish accounts with my Bank information

Someone with the email address <Email Removed for Privacy> has used my bank account information to sign up for a Media service. However, this is not my email account. Additionally, when trying to log in I am finding a list of other email accounts. I believe this to be an identity thief. Is there a place to report email addresses that are being used to establish logins for services for fraudulent use?
