Guest JamesF1939 Posted September 15, 2018 Posted September 15, 2018 I really do not know. I have changed or lost my password to my live account but still have access to my outlook email on my phone. I also have two step verification turned on but do not have access to the email that i used for verification anymore. Please help. This has also locked me out of my computer so I am currently typing this on my phone. I had windows 8 running on my computer and in the middle of an update my computer lost power. My computer is also using a wifi adapter and can't connect to anything anyway. At first it said my computer was offline and to use the password that was last used. I did but it did not work. I then tried the previous 3 passwords I could remember but none worked. I restarted my computer in safe mode and that changed the message from offline to password is incorrect. Again I tried the past 3 passwords and they were all wrong. I then went on my phone tried to reset the password but two step verification got in the way and apparently I am on a 30 day waiting period? Please help me. Thank you Continue reading... Quote
