Windows 8 Pro : HP -HDClass Update Error

I try to write my problem in english as much as i can.... sorry my english not so good.

 

 

before this i have chat with one of your online technical representative, preeti. she's doing what she can do. but somehow, after restarting, error to reconncet the remote control. so i can communicate with preeti anymore.

 

 

i have a problem to update HP - HDClass dated 7/25/2015. so preeti have try with her best and the last thing she do before the remote can't reconnet is preeti uninstall my antivirus. so i try by myself to run the windows update. only windows defender can update. but the HP -HDClass cannot update. Failed. The code error is 80070436.

 

 

so i hope, if preeti, or anyone can help me, i am very happy and really appreciate it.
