Internet Troubleshooter Error - 0x80070490 - Windows 8

Hello,

 

 

 

I am currently getting an error when I start the internet troubleshooter, here's to answer a few of your questions:

 

 

Operation System - Windows 8 (NOT 8.1)

 

 

Error code - 0x80070490

I have tried this from Control Panel and other places but still the same error.

 

Crytographic Services is already set to automatic.

 

 

I tried running a command like 'ssc/runnnow' (sorry if this is wrong, but it is a real command or similar?) and it said it found some issues it 'couldn't resolve'.

 

 

Very stuck here, if someone could help, I'd be very greatful.
