Ok here it goes. for a while now i've searched far and wide to find a way to unlock my inspiron 14z. My mom have giving it to me after many years of it not working correctly. I knew it needed a full system wipe and reset. The very first day she opened it she let the battery die while it was in set up mode in the middle of a update. When i first got it i just first applied to be an insider for windows. Great Windows 10 beta. Work great. Till i was running diagnostics on a friend few devices. As well on my hp workstation, comp laptop, and the inspection. i mixed up the sd cards and disk i created. Well i did a fresh restart on it and applied hdd and system password. Well my friends devices was loaded with malware and trojans. Well after a few days of no luck unlocking the laptop i've been everywhere trying to understand how to completely rebuild an os from scratch. Please help .
