I got this windows from my job, but when I left the company they allowed me to keep the laptop. Now, I am trying to reset it so I can get rid of the unwanted files and downloads and free up space on my laptop. I tried to go to Settings>Update & Recovery to reset it, but the only option it gives me is to Restart My PC. It does not give me an option to Reset and delete all the files on here... How else can I do this without going back to my ex-employer and asking them to restart it for me? There's got to be a way. PLEASE HELP! I use this computer for school and my space is nearly FULL even after I've moved my personal files to an external hard drive.
