Issue with BitLocker Recovery Key

I update my computer then when tried to log back in it showed Enter the recovery key to get going again. I have followed the directions to go to go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linke. I then log in but it says that I do not have an account. I cannot get on a computer to do my school work. Help?!
