Hi, if someone could please help me... My laptop that's an i5 and Windows 8.1 suddenly stopped booting and was stuck on restarting and have the boot file can't be found thingy error message, so I went to the built in recovery to get a copy of the drive files with my external hard drive by pressing the F4 button. I got my files thankfully, but when I went to factory resetting my laptop it sent an error message around 10% and it stopped. I attempted to just press reset to factory settings again but there was a sudden power outage and now it just restarts and would show later a "Done everything to boot press F4 to enter recovery" but when I do it says its loading the recovery but then an error message pops up and even the recovery won't show. What should I do? I need my laptop to work on things, and have no sufficient funds or means to buy a new one, please help...

My laptop has Windows 8 pre-installed when we got it and I already updated it to Windows 8.1 Single Language. So I also want to ask if I reinstall it with Windows 8.1 Single Language, since it's the only available ISO, will it's product key still automatically activate by itself upon reinstalling?

My laptop Specs are:

SAMSUNG NOTEBOOK, MODEL CODE NP300E4C-A02AE

STILL HAS THE WINDOWS 8 STICKER, DIDN'T COME WITH INSTALLER.

INTEL® CORE i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz

64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

4.00 GB RAM (3.71 GB useable)

Has Pen Support

270+ GB Memory SATA HDD

Thank you for whoever can help me, or at least answer my questions...
