Wireless Button indicator LED always remains white after turning on my laptop but it should be red when all wireless activities (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi) are off, when I turn on my Laptop in fast boot (which is by default on in windows 10 for all), indicator turns white after start-up, also when I wake up laptop from sleep mode it turns white (it is irritating). But the problem get solved temporally when I on-off Bluetooth or disable Bluetooth driver or I don't select Fast boot mode from Control Panel>Power Options>System Settings, but problem with sleep mode remains as it is...

I reinstalled Windows also done clean installation, tried changing various Bluetooth drivers, Updated from Device Manager/Windows Update, Reinstalled it many times but issue is as it is....

I think it was a problem with Bluetooth Driver in windows 10 because when on Windows 8 and 8.1 it was working perfectly fine but after Windows 10 1607 Anniversary Update. 2 Aug 2016 problem with that Indicator LED started.... I have all updated drivers from device manager and now on windows 10 1803 but nothing has fixed it, I googled about this but no any perfect solution found, many of having same problem... please fix it in next windows update...
