How to change the default file location of a newly created Windows Media Playlist?

My playlists are currently automatically being created in a filepath that looks something like My PC -> Dropbox -> Music -> Playlists, but this (for some reason) is causing syncing issues when trying to access the playlists on my Android phone. Creating test playlists and putting them in the "usual" file location of "My PC -> Dropbox -> Playlists" seems to resolve this, but I don't know how to set location for newly created playlists to match those I'll be moving across.
