Windows 8 is corrupt on my Encore 2 Tablet

Hi. I need help getting my Encore 2 tablet to start. It shuts on, but nothing else. I've tried force booting, and get a message stating "preparing BitLocker recovery", then the tablet goes to a blue screen with a message stating "There are no more BitLocker recovery options on my pc". (I do have a BitLocker key) A little white keyboard comes up with the message occasionally, but is non receptive to anything I type in, including my BitLocker key. I have also gotten messages stating that Window 8 32bit didn't shut down properly. Most likely a corrupt file or similar. The tablet is fine but the OS is not. In the end, I need to uninstall and reinstall the OS. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
