Error : DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL(athw8x.sys)

I am running windows 8 Pro on my Laptop.

It happens from time to time the Blue screen of death with the error:" error: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL(athw8x.sys)"

I am not sure that all my hardware drivers are up to date. But I can't recognize of the cause of the problem exactly.

I have Kaspersky Internet security and Malwarebytes and both of the are updated and working very well so It's not a problem of a virus infection.

How can I proceed to find a solution?
