State of my HP ENVY4500 SERIES Printer keeps inactivated:

I downloaded HP drivers and by the time I launch HP printer and Scan Doctor is not

able to set out a connection. Before launching it, I always get the message:" make sure

there are no obstacules between your Printer and your USB wire"
