how do I fix error code 0x8007001f?

My laptop crashed and I had to use original 8.0 windows recovery discs...it was running windows 10 when it crashed. No I can't upgrade to Windows 10 or even Windows 8.1 again..keep getting error code 0x8007001f. Help.
