Application crashes with Faulting module name: MSVBVM60.DLL error in Event Viewer in Windows 2012 R2 64 bit Datacenter VM

We installed our VB6 application in Windows server 2012 R2 Datacenter VM (64 bit) , During installation , event viewer displays the warning message

 

 

Product: Elite Application 3.1. The application tried to install a more recent version of the protected

Windows file C:\Windows\SysWOW64\msxml6r.dll. You may need to update your operating system for this application to work correctly. (Package Version: 65535.0.0.0, Operating System Protected Version: 6.30.7601.18980).

 

 

Product: Elite Enterprise 3.1. The application tried to install a more recent version of the protected Windows file C:\Windows\SysWOW64\msxml6.dll. You may need to update your operating system for this application to work correctly.

 

(Package Version: 65535.0.0.0, Operating System Protected Version: 6.30.9600.19198).

 

 

 

When we open the application and try to query a data in the application, application crashes and when we verify the Event viewer it displays the below error,

Same application works properly in another windows 2012 R2 standard VM.
