upgrade windows 8 to windows10

Hi I just got a laptop from a friend. She had restored it to factory settings.

When I set up my user account it offered me to upgrade to windows 10, and then I clicked remind me later.

Now I'm not sure how to do it?

Can somebody help? I tried searching winows update and nothing happens.
