Can only see my guest account

Hi!

I have the following problem: Yesterday I turned off my computer, and today when I turned on I can only see my guest account and I can only log in to this one.

A week before yesterday I removed my log in password from all accounts. I pressed win+r and typed netplwiz and I removed the passwords in the user accounts window. Yesterday I decided to turn them on again, and checked on the checkmark next to the following sentence: "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer", but I didn't give any new password. Could it be the problem? I also modified my usernames, because I didn't like my old ones.

These were the changes I have done and I don't know why disappeared my administrator accounts. I can't find them. Even when I try to run cmd as an administrator a window pops up and I am not allowed to click on "yes" when I want to give permission to run cmd as an administrator.

I can't secure boot. I tried in cmd : net user administrator /active:yes , but it says: Can't find the username.

I would be happy if you could help me.

Thanks.:
