Wifi Adapter issue on Windows 8

I will cut right to the chase, i have a windows 8 and a Samsung Laptop Model: NP300E4C and i am having problems with the WiFi.

The problem is when i connect to a wifi it keeps trying to connect and then after 10-15 seconds it says "Connection taking longer than usual" then it gets connected and the connection stays limited.

And yes my connection is fine, i have 3 internet connections i have tried all of them and have the same problem on each one of them and those networks are working fine on other PCs.

I have tried re-installing the WiFi Adapter, going to the properties of it and checking whether the "IPv4" is configured to a specific IP and its not, i have tried Troubleshooter, flushing the dns, a few other cmds via cmd prompt, rebooting the PC several times and its still not fixed, i have looked around as much as i can but nothing seems to be working.

I have already re-installed the driver like 3-4 times but it doesn't help.

I am using Bluetooth Tethering to use internet and its working so i believe its a Wifi Adapter issue, would love some help.

The Adapter Model is Qualcomm Atheros AR9485WB-EG.
