Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some

error info, and then we'll restart for you. (100% complete)

This is stuck at 100 % and is not restarting even after hours automatically. i dont have CD drive in my laptop and i dont have windows 8 backup file. how can i boot my system with pen drive and restore my PC?

 

 

Looking for some urgent help.
