I am currently using windows 8 . Whenever i try to update my windows update option one of the update is always revoked while resterting the pc . All other updates are installed and this one is always being revoked .WHY IS IT SO ?

 

Also i cant find an update slab on my store . Also my personalisation option under change pc setting is greyed
