I have connection to WiFi but nothing that requires internet access will work on my laptop

Hi

 

 

my laptop was working fine yesterday but when i started it today, even though wifi is connected none of the browsers (Chrome or Explorer) connect.

 

 

 

It says:

 

Your Internet access is blocked

 

Firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection.

 

 

Try

 

checking the connection

 

checking the firewall and antivirus configurations

 

running windows network diagnostics

 

 

ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED

 

 

I’ve tried everything but to no avail.
