Samsung laptop running Windows 8 stuck on Aptio Setup Utility

Following a failed Windows update (power dropped out) my Samsung laptop will now only boot up to the Aptio Setup Utility. I have tried several solutions found in other threads but none of them seem to relate to my computer.

 

 

I'd appreciate any help you can give me, please. I've been going around in circles for about three hours...
