some of the files have now a new file format "QZHNF" and the file cannot be opened or accessed. what shall I do. I haven't used the Tor browser as it is censored here. please help me with this problem. I tried to reverse the file format to the previous format but the problem insists and I don't know what to do. I pray for your help and assistance and help. I really appreciate your kind and timely reply.

The files are just PDF files and some avi videos that I use them for teaching language since I am a teacher and these files are all teaching and learning materials.
