All USB ports stopped working on my PC after the latest Windows update (Feb 12, 2019). Because my keyboard/mouse are connected via USB I can't get through to even singing page. Have done manual BIOS reset but it didn't help. Restoring to previous point hasn't helped either. Any advise? (keep in mind that I can't use keyboard/mouse).
