Guest QuBella Posted February 18, 2019 Posted February 18, 2019 I have the Toshiba Satellite S55-A5295 model. Yesterday I entered my password, it loaded and loaded. It then got stuck on a screen that shows my name and at the bottom right the wireless connection symbol with the star above it is highlighted. I'm able to see the connection symbol, power symbol and something else. The pointer moves, but I am unable to select anything. Ctr+Alt+Del doesn't bring up anything, windows home menu won't open. I've powered off a few times but it powers up to that screen. There isn't an external battery to remove. Help! Continue reading... Quote
