hello my windows 10 computer with an intel (7) I1219-v, just started going off line, with the yellow triangle for no internet connection.

What i have tried

I updated the driver**** tried a different driver using manual install from list that was similar to the card i have the I1219-LM, rolled back last windows update KB4100347, I couldn't roll back update KB4023057, was not in list to uninstall. Tried using WIFI connection and it would do the same. i copied the driver from the factory working hard drive from system32 to my new pc and they didn't work

What worked

I had a USB Network adapter and i plugged that in and it seem to work? i also removed my C: drive from the computer and installed the factory drive that came with the computer stock and it worked without problem using the intel card I1219-v#2 Vesion 12.17.10.7, Also my other 3 computer i have running, new Dells with windows 10 do not have this issue and they are connected to the same router using Cat6

Errors

When i watch you tube it goes off line very quickly, usually one video might play 3/4 of the way, if i watch netflix it seems to play longer or if im just surfing the net it will also work for a longer time

When it goes off line i run trouble shooter and it gives me a 'default gateway not available" error and resets the network to fix it, This only works for awhile then it will do it again

I think since it works with my original factory hard drive that had windows 10,( the computer was purchased during 2018 Christmas) it is a windows issue and im not sure what else i can do to avoid having to reinstall all my software by reinstalling windows or using the refresh the PC option, to solve a problem that would seem to be easy fix situation

Thank you
