Guest Bruce K.Evans Posted March 17, 2019 Posted March 17, 2019 My Toshiba laptop is running Windows 8 in 64 bit and I am trying to use my new Epson V39 Perfection scanner. I have downloaded the drivers and program from the website and off of the disc numerous times with reboots. The issue remains that when I click the desktop icon for Epson Scan it immediately goes to an error message that it has closed (even though it never opened) and Windows is looking a solution. Has anyone else had this problem? Epson tech says it is a Windows issue, which it may be, but it works on my Win 7 64 bit just fine. Thanks in advance for any help. Continue reading... Quote
