Time Change in Windows

Hello,

 

 

In one of my computer, its from Germany, i have changed to the time zone to Dhaka. Its running fine for last many months.

 

Now its time automatically increased by 1 hr.

 

 

Why its happening ?. I know the Germany zone time reduced 1Hr now. But i didn't connected PC to internet and region i have selected as "Dhaka".

 

 

Please help me to resolve the issue..
