Touchscreen, keyboard & mouse not working

Sony VAIO Tap 21 (SVT21217CXB) running Windows 8

Touchscreen, keyboard & mouse suddenly stopped working.

Can only start-up to lock screen & shutdown manually.

Tried using a wired keyboard & mouse and still not responding.

At first I was able to enter safe mode & attempted diagnostics. Passed one & failed others & couldn't complete them.

Now, can not enter safe mode at all.

Any help is appreciated.
